This page documents visible changes to Project CIR. The changelog covers public progress on the website, information pages, closed beta preparation and later also the CIR system itself.

2026-06-14 Website

Technical foundation for the first closed beta test completed

  • The Wargaming login and personal CIR account page have been implemented.
  • Players can connect their Wargaming account to the CIR system.
  • Manual management and approval of beta testers has been integrated.
  • The CIR Mod Client can be connected to an approved account using a single-use pairing code.
  • Personal Mod Client credentials are stored automatically and securely on the player’s system.
  • Access validation between the Mod Client and CIR backend has been successfully tested.
  • The first complete battle data has been successfully transmitted and stored permanently.
  • Submitted battles are assigned to the correct Wargaming account.
  • Unconfirmed battles remain stored locally until successful transmission is possible.
  • Technical preparations for a limited beta test with up to 20–30 participants have been completed.

  • The explanation of the global CIR value has been added.
  • The meaning of the 10,000 mark has been described more clearly.

First public web presence prepared

  • The German and English versions of the website have been published.
  • The core visual design of the website was developed.
  • The navigation for the first public pages was created.
  • Desktop and mobile presentation were added.

System remains in active development

  • Project CIR is still in its preparation phase.
  • The rating model is being improved step by step.

2026-05-10 Data collection

Initial alpha foundation of the mod client reached

  • The CIR mod client has reached an initial internal alpha foundation.
  • First local functional tests were completed successfully.
