Is CIR official from Wargaming?
No. CIR is an independent community project and is not officially connected to Wargaming.net.
Does CIR give an in-battle advantage?
No. CIR is analysis and evaluation. No aim assistance, no prohibited enemy information, no automation and no tactical live instructions.
Why is there a beta?
Because real battles must show whether data is detected cleanly and whether the rating classifies fairly. Assumptions are not enough.
Why can values change?
Weights, references and rules can be adjusted during beta when outliers, distortions or technical limits become visible.
Does CIR only rate damage?
No. Damage is only one pillar. Resilience, support impact and match control are evaluated separately.
Why is the exact formula not public?
CIR should be understandable, but not reverse-engineerable. You should understand the logic, but not be able to abuse the system for stat-padding.
What data does CIR use?
Battle-relevant data such as vehicle, map, result values, detected events, account assignment and technical quality data.
Why do I need an account connection?
So battles can be assigned to your profile correctly. Without assignment, personal evaluation is not reliable.
Can I use CIR without connecting an account?
Public information yes. Personal battle evaluation requires a clear account assignment.
Are player names shown publicly?
Not automatically. Public areas should mainly show aggregates, trends and comparison values. Personal data requires controlled access.
Are public statistics anonymized?
The goal is aggregated values without unnecessary individual data. Individual profiles should only be visible in a controlled way and with clean assignment.
What happens with faulty battle data?
Incomplete or suspicious data is reviewed during beta. It helps make the mod, detection and evaluation more stable.
What does data quality mean?
Not every value is equally reliable. CIR distinguishes whether a value is official, detected live or only partially assignable.
What happens with blind shots and HE/HESH?
These special cases are only used more strongly when they can be detected reliably and assigned fairly. That is exactly what beta testing checks.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes, unless technical, legal or legitimate retention reasons apply. Details are explained in the privacy notice.
Where do I get help?
The fastest way is Discord. For privacy or legal matters, use the contact address from the imprint and privacy notice.
