CIR should handle data transparently. This page explains which data may be processed for the website, beta, account connection, mod and battle evaluation.

2. Principle
CIR processes data only where needed for operation, security, beta testing, account assignment, mod functionality, battle evaluation or support. The goal is not unnecessary data collection, but traceable evaluation.
3. Website and server logs
When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data may be processed, for example IP address, time of access, requested URL, HTTP status, transferred data volume, referrer and user agent.
The purpose is technical operation, error analysis, security and abuse prevention. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact
If you contact CIR by email, Discord or other channels, we process the information you provide in order to answer your request. This may include name, username, email address, message content and technical context data.
5. Wargaming account connection
If you connect your Wargaming account with CIR, data required for assigning battles to your profile may be processed. This can include technical account IDs, connection status, token or binding data and timestamps.
6. Mod and battle data
The CIR mod may transmit battle-related data to the CIR server. This can include vehicle, map, battle ID, result values, detected events, damage values, assist values, block or pressure data, timestamps, technical checksums and data quality information.
7. Public display
Public CIR areas should mainly display aggregated values, trends and comparison data. Player names and personal profiles should not be displayed automatically.
8. Cookies and tracking
The public CIR area currently does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Technically necessary storage may be used for login, security, language settings or session functions.
9. External services
CIR may link to external services such as Discord or Wargaming. When you use those links, you leave the CIR area. The respective providers are responsible for their own data processing.
10. Recipients
Technical service providers may access data where required for hosting, maintenance, security or operation. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
11. Storage period
Data is stored only as long as required for the respective purposes. Battle data may be stored longer where needed for beta evaluation, calculation logic, traceability or later recalculation.
12. Automated evaluation
CIR values are calculated automatically. This evaluation is used for game analysis and community statistics. It has no legal effect and no similarly significant effect as a binding decision about you.
13. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
14. Security
CIR uses technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, abuse, unauthorized access and manipulation. These measures are improved during beta.
15. Changes
Project CIR is under development. This privacy notice may be adjusted when new features, data types or technical processes are added.
